• Free from 40 euros of purchase in mainland France, Belgium and Luxembourg.
• Free from 120 euros of purchase for Europe zone 1 (Germany, Denmark, Switzerland, etc.)
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
• Taxes/customs : If you reside outside the EU, you may be required to pay customs duties or import taxes which vary depending on your country of destination. These taxes are your responsibility.

• Delivery time:

Metropolitan France: 3/5 days. Europe zone: 5/10 days. Other areas: 10/20 days.

RETURNS:

• Exchange possible : subject to availability.
• Returns possible up to 14 working days after receipt of the items by the customer.
• Returns are only accepted for unworn, unwashed and undamaged products. Items must be returned in their packaging with their label.
