• Delivery time:

Metropolitan France: 3/5 days. Europe zone: 5/10 days. Other zones: 10/20 days.

Shipping costs:

• Free from 40 euros of purchase in mainland France, Belgium and Luxembourg.
• Free from 120 euros of purchase for Europe zone 1 (Germany, Denmark, Switzerland...)
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
• Taxes/customs : If you reside outside the EU, you may be required to pay customs duties or import taxes that vary depending on your destination country. These taxes are your responsibility.

RETURNS:

• Exchange possible : subject to availability.
• Returns possible up to 14 working days after receipt of the items by the customer.
• Returns are accepted only for unworn, unwashed and undamaged products. Items must be returned in their packaging with their tags.
• We cover return costs only for exchanges and credits.
• It is important to provide the return slip in your order so that it can be processed by our team.
• Refunds are made within 14 days of receipt of the items by us.
