    Delivery

    - The seller undertakes to deliver the products to his carrier within 3 working days after receipt of full payment for the order. This period is extended to 7 (seven) working days for the following periods: the first 2 weeks following the drop, "flash" sales and private sales, end-of-year holidays (from December 1st to January 10th).

    - Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the carrier. On average, delivery times are 3 to 5 days in mainland France, 5 to 7 days in Europe and 5 to 10 days in the rest of the world.

    - Delivery costs are free in mainland France and Belgium from €99 and in Europe from €129.

    - For the rest of the geographical areas , the amount of the delivery costs depends on the volume of the order, the geographical area of delivery and the delivery method chosen.

    - Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Be sure to provide us with a valid email address.

    - Taxes/customs : If you reside outside the EU, you may be required to pay customs duties or import taxes that vary depending on your destination country. These taxes are your responsibility.

    - Delays in delivery due to an external cause cannot give rise to the payment or claim of compensation from the seller.

    - The products are delivered to the address indicated by the consumer on the order form.

    - In the event of deterioration or partial loss of the product , the consumer must imperatively formulate reservations on the delivery note upon receipt, a copy of which is sent to the professional seller and, within 3 (three) days following this receipt, notify these reservations to the carrier by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, in accordance with article L. 133-3 of the French Commercial Code.

    - The consumer who accepts a product without making any reservations to the carrier accepts it as is. He is then deprived of any possibility of making a complaint regarding the delivery.

    - If the product does not comply with the order , the consumer must submit a complaint to the professional seller in order to obtain the replacement of the product or possibly the resolution of the sale. This period is a maximum of 7 days after receipt of the package.
