Faux leather is a delicate material that requires proper care to preserve its appearance. Follow these recommendations to clean it effectively while avoiding damage.

THE MAIN RULES:

Clean the entire bag : Gently wipe over the entire surface, paying particular attention to stains.

Never rub too hard or dry : Rubbing too hard or dry may damage the surface of the imitation leather.

Avoid scouring powders and abrasive sponges : These aggressive materials can scratch and irreparably damage the bag.

Never use alcohol, window cleaners or bleach : These harsh chemicals can discolor or damage faux leather.

CLEANING

You can use different techniques:

1. Soapy water :
   Clean the surface with a sponge lightly dampened with lukewarm water and a drop of liquid detergent. Wring out the sponge well to avoid excess moisture, then dry immediately with a clean, dry cloth.
2. Clay stone :
   Soak a damp cloth with a little clay stone and clean gently. Never rub to avoid damaging the surface.
3. Oleo-calcareous liniment :
   This product is ideal for faux leather. Apply it with a soft cloth to gently clean the surface.
4. White spirit :
   For a very dirty or stained bag, use a cloth soaked in white spirit. After cleaning, rinse with a damp cloth. Caution: always test this method on a hidden corner of the bag to check for any alterations before cleaning a visible area.

Stockage : Ranger dans un endroit sec, à l'abri de l'humidité, sans la comprimer, pour préserver le volume du duvet.
