FUNCTIONING
COLLECTION OUTINGS
HWA offers you several drops during the year available only on our site.
Each drop offers exclusive products in limited series. If the product is sold out, you will no longer be able to find it. In general, we very rarely offer restocks so don't ask too many questions when purchasing your item.
WHY THE SITE IS CLOSED
Don't panic if the site is closed, you don't need a code to enter.
It happens, in fact, that the site is not accessible. we are between 2 collections. The conditions and dates of reopening are indicated on the home page. You can also subscribe to the newsletter to be notified of all the information.
DO YOU HAVE SALES?
HWA never has sales!
For these simple and good reasons:
1- We sell at the “fair price”: Lower, we work for glory.
2- We offer limited stocks, with an eco-responsible approach which aims to avoid causing loss or waste of clothing.

Rest assured, we still think of our community by offering special offers, promotional codes or gifts depending on the outings.
Any discount codes are only sent to members registered with the newsletter.

SIZES
When shopping online, it can be difficult to know what size is ideal for you. To help you choose the perfect fit, we've made sure to add a size guide under all items on the website. Our measurements are correct. We advise you to take your usual size unless otherwise indicated. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal.

HOW TO MODIFY MY ORDER

If when placing the order you made a mistake by putting the wrong information, send us an email to hello@humanwithattitude.com with the changes you would like to make and we will find a solution.

You can also respond to the order confirmation email you received.

HOW TO CANCEL MY ORDER
If your order has not yet left our warehouse, we can refund the amount and cancel it. However, if your order has been prepared, you will need to receive it and return it.
To request cancellation of your order before it is not prepared, send an email to hello@humanwithattitude.com.
STOCK
Products are ready for delivery as soon as they are put on sale. In general, orders ship within the next 2 business days except for exceptions and pre-orders.
PRE-ORDER

The principle of pre-ordering is that your product is not yet produced! We start production once the sales period is over.

Some models are available for pre-order, their sales duration is indicated on the product pages. The concept "pre-order" is indicated on the product page concerned.

No overproduction, only a small stock of 5 to 10% more to manage size exchanges.

Manufacturing and shipping take approximately 4-8 weeks depending on the product, with lead times specified on the product pages.

You receive regular emails on the progress of your order.

Pre-order purchases are not eligible for a refund. These sales result in an exchange or credit only.
DELIVERY 
All deliveries are made by Colissimo and Mondial Relay as well as UPS for Canada and the United States.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier. On average, delivery times are 3 to 5 days in mainland France , 5 to 7 days in Europe and 5 to 10 days in the rest of the world.
Delivery costs are free in mainland France and in Europe from 140€.
For the rest of the geographic areas, the amount of delivery costs depends on the volume of the order, the geographic area of ​​delivery and the delivery method chosen.
CUSTOMS FEES AND IMPORT TAX
If you reside in the EU, you will not have to pay any additional taxes or customs duties.
If you live outside the EU, you may be required to pay customs duties or import taxes. HWA assumes no responsibility for any import duties or customs taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
BREXIT and UK: Importing an item into the UK may result in a customs inspection for which we provide the necessary documents.
We will not be held responsible for any customs duties or the time it takes for your order to go through customs checks.
HOW ARE PAYMENTS MADE ON HWA?
We currently use credit card payment and the online PayPal system (possibility of paying 4 times without fees).
I CANNOT TRY ON THE PRODUCTS, HOW DO I KNOW MY SIZE?
We advise you to take your usual size, or even one size smaller if you wear the clothes fitted. But otherwise, we have put a Size Chart on all of our products.
WHAT IS THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCTS? WHERE ARE THEY MADE?
We have focused everything on the quality of our products, of which we control the entire manufacturing process. HUMAN WITH ATTITUDE products are all subject to quality control.
WHAT ARE THE MAINTENANCE PRECAUTIONS?
We recommend that you do not wash the products at too high a heat so that they do not shrink. Either you don't have a machine (the hassle)…and it's done by hand with lukewarm or even cold water. Either in the machine at 30°C or 40°C maximum.
To keep the fabric perfect and soft over time, it is best to wash it inside out. Avoid tumble drying, it damages the fiber and makes pilling easier. Classic drying is better.
Care recommendations may vary depending on the product and are mentioned on the product page as well as on the label inside your garment.
WHAT TO DO IF MY PURCHASE DOES NOT SUIT ME?
The return period is 14 days after the date of receipt of your package. After this date, returns will not be insured except in special cases.
For any returns, you must contact us by email at the following address: Hello@humanwithattitude.com indicating the reason for the return.
NO RETURNS WILL BE TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT WITHOUT PRIOR REQUEST.
Return postage costs are your responsibility except in the event of an error on our part or a product defect. Always remember to put your invoice in your return package.
